These Terms govern your access to and use of TECHNIA — including TECHNIA Business (HR, ESS, Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory) and any TECHNIA-branded mobile or web applications. By creating an account, starting a trial, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
TECHNIA Solutions (“TECHNIA”, “we”, “us”) is an ERP software provider offering modular business management products to companies and operators. Our office is in New Cairo, Egypt. You can reach us at info@techniasolutions.co.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the organization you register. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including protecting your credentials and keeping your contact information current. Let us know immediately at security@techniasolutions.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Services
TECHNIA is provided as a cloud-hosted SaaS with optional on-premise deployment for enterprise customers. Each module — HR, ESS, Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory and any future modules — is subscribed to independently and shares a single underlying data model. Details, module behavior and pricing may evolve over time and we'll notify subscribed customers of material changes.
4. Subscriptions, billing and payments
- Subscriptions are sold on a monthly or annual basis, priced per module in the currency selected at checkout (currently USD, EGP and AED; additional currencies may be enabled over time).
- Payments are processed by Stripe via Stripe-hosted checkout links. TECHNIA never stores your full card number or bank credentials — Stripe handles those as a PCI-compliant processor.
- Annual plans auto-renew at the end of the term; monthly plans renew each month. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds for prepaid, unused time are issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law. Consumption-based charges are non-refundable once incurred.
- We may suspend access to paid modules if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 14 days past its due date, after prior notice.
5. Free trials
Some modules offer a free trial. Trials are time-limited and may be subject to reasonable usage limits. At the end of the trial, you can either subscribe to continue using the module or let the trial lapse — in which case access ends but your data remains retained for a limited grace period (see “Data retention and deletion” below).
6. Your data
You own your data. TECHNIA is a data processor: we store, process and serve your data back to you so you can run your business. We do not sell your data to third parties and we do not use it to train generic machine-learning models.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload, including ensuring you have the right to process personal data about your employees, customers and vendors.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TECHNIA to violate any law or infringe on anyone's rights.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits or tenant boundaries.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or content that is illegal, harassing or infringing.
- Resell, sublicense or white-label TECHNIA without a written partnership agreement.
- Use TECHNIA to store extremely sensitive regulated categories (e.g. cardholder data, full medical records) unless a specific module is certified for that purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The TECHNIA platform, brand, product names, logos and source code are owned by TECHNIA and protected by applicable IP laws. Your subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the products during the subscription term, limited to the users and modules you've paid for. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you. Feedback or suggestions you send us may be used to improve the product, with no obligation to compensate you or attribute.
9. Mobile applications
TECHNIA ESS, HR, Sales, Accounting and Purchasing are available as mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play. App-store distribution is governed by the respective platform's terms (Apple Media Services / Google Play Terms of Service), in addition to these Terms.
10. Location data (attendance & clock-in)
When you use our attendance or clock-in features, the mobile app collects device location in the background from clock-in until clock-out. This data is used exclusively to verify working hours, check route accuracy, and provide location context to authorized administrators within your organization. We do not sell or share this data with any third party. Background collection stops automatically when you clock out.
11. Third-party services
TECHNIA integrates with third parties including Stripe (payments), Apple and Google (mobile distribution), email / SMS delivery providers, and hosting providers. Their respective terms apply to their portion of the service. We choose reputable processors and pass through only the data necessary for each integration to work.
12. Service availability
We aim for high availability and run redundant infrastructure with automated daily backups. That said, the service is provided “as available” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when it affects availability. Enterprise customers can negotiate a separate SLA.
13. Data retention and deletion
While your subscription is active, your data is retained indefinitely. When a subscription ends we keep data for up to 90 days to allow reinstatement, after which it is permanently deleted from live systems; encrypted backups are rotated out within a further 30 days.
You can request immediate deletion of your data at privacy@techniasolutions.co or via the data deletion form. Some records may need to be kept to comply with tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
14. Termination
You can stop using TECHNIA at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if continued operation poses a risk to the platform or other customers. Where reasonable, we'll give notice and a chance to resolve the issue first.
15. Warranties and disclaimers
Except as explicitly stated in a signed agreement, TECHNIA is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for validating that the product fits your specific operational and regulatory requirements.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECHNIA's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold TECHNIA harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, your data, or your breach of these Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless a separate enterprise agreement specifies otherwise.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance. If you don't agree to the updated Terms, you can cancel before they take effect.
