TECHNIA Residence
From the developer's plan to every household's statement.
TECHNIA Residence runs a serviced residence end to end: the inventory as the developer handed it over, the owners and tenants who live in it, the services they book by name, and the money — invoiced on the project's letterhead and counted on a dashboard nobody compiles.
Palm Court — four towers, twenty-four apartments each — and the twelve Garden Villas: 108 units, generated from the developer's plan in one call.
What is TECHNIA Residence?
TECHNIA Residence is the operating system of a serviced residence. The project map holds every zone, building, floor and unit, generated from the developer's plan; a handover, a resale or a rental decides who lives where and opens their household account; the concierge catalogue — housekeeping, dining, wellness, spa, salon, pets, transport, maintenance, family — is delivered by named staff on their own calendars; and everything a household uses bills to its account, with a statement and a dashboard that are already counted.
The screens the desk works in, as they are.
Not drawings: the product's own components, with a demo residence's real staff, services, bookings and households in them.
September, all staff. Every booking is a pill with the service's cover and the staff member's portrait; the rail on the left is the team, by face — pick one and the calendar narrows to them.

Why TECHNIA Residence?
- One account per home: the maintenance fee, the club membership, the parking, the utilities, a plan, a one-off order — all on the household's statement.
- A calendar that belongs to the staff member: buffers, notice, days off and approval, so a clash is refused before it exists.
- The residence counts itself: occupancy, residents, receivables, handovers, rentals and resales on one dashboard, per project.
- 01A residence you can open on day one: the inventory generated, the households in, the catalogue priced
- 02Every booking on a staff calendar, every service invoiced to the right home
- 03Statements owners can pay against, and a dashboard that is already counted
- 04Each project a branch of one account, with its own letterhead and team
